Today would have been a perfect day if one thing would have been different. That one thing that was if the most amazing collage's football team would have won. But they didn't and now it's all over. Whoop-a-dee-do. People will bring this up for about a week, and then everyone will move on. That is, until next fall when they play again. And there are the people who think they are all that, that will bring it up about every hour for the next three months. But they can't do anything to me, I am a true Cougar fan and I plan to stay that way. And that is how most people are. Have you ever meet some one who has switched who they like? Everyone starts out liking one or the other because their parents like them or there friends like them. I can only think of one person who has changed from what their parents taught them to the other one.
Rivalries confuse me just a little. They're fun and everything but how did they start? Did one team beat the other and then the other beat the first team the second time? If you look at some of the more heated rivalries in the country, you can see that ours seems sort of minor. People can just get really competitive.
Have you ever hear the saying "If you can win the first half you can win the game"? I never had until tonight and I am going to test it on all the other games that I watch. This game was close until right before half time when Utah scored a touch down. It was father away but it was still partly close in the third quarter but after that it was a win. If only Hall would have stopped turning over the ball... But o-well. It doesn't really matter.
A fun fact- Brigham Young started the University of Utah not BYU. Sort of makes Byu's Name seem a little wacko.
If you wanted to watch the game you would have either had to go to it or watch it on the Mountain Channel. Direct TV and Comcast both had it. Dish did not. And neither does Crap TV (Crap TV is the free local stuff that you can pick up with an antennae). So if you have Crap TV like me you have to go to one of your grandmas' houses to watch it. Or a friends house. Or your neighbors who are out of town. It doesn't really matter.
Even If they Lost I still love the Cougars. So Go Cougs! Whoop Whoop!

i hate all these ravalries. i mean who cares!!! they are just both schools and a school is just a school. i know that people like to support their school, but they need to respect the people who support the other school.
